About the project
Malatya, the capital of Turkish apricots, was badly hit by the earthquakes of February 2023, so seismic safety matters a great deal to buyers here. The NewYork project by Yeditepe İnşaat is stated to comply with the earthquake code, and the building has a generator in case of power cuts. It is located in Yeşilyurt, one of the city's two central districts, and is already completed.
