About the project
Since the February 2023 earthquakes, buyers in south-eastern Turkey ask about seismic safety first, and Beylerbeyi Prestige addresses that question directly: its buildings are designed to Turkey's earthquake code. The complex was built by Kantar İnşaat in Şehitkamil, the northern part of Gaziantep, and has been completed.
Its 12-storey buildings contain 228 apartments in two layouts: 2+1 units of 120 m² and 3+1 units of 180 m², both comfortably family-sized. Residents have a swimming pool, and the buildings are served by lifts. The name should not be confused with Beylerbeyi on Istanbul's Bosphorus; this development is in Gaziantep. The airport is about 18 km away in a straight line, which keeps trips to catch a flight manageable.
