About the project
Despite the name, Asce Ortaköy is not in Istanbul's Ortaköy but in Gaziantep, in the Şahinbey district. It is a project by Asce İnşaat, which also has Asce Sarıyer in the same district, so the developer clearly likes naming its buildings after Istanbul neighbourhoods.
The complex has 128 apartments in 7-storey buildings and has been completed.
