About the project
Vadi Panorama Evleri is a joint project by Emlak Konut, Binbay and SOM in Kayabaşı, the northern part of Başakşehir. Over the past fifteen years, this neighbourhood and neighbouring Kayaşehir have become one of Istanbul's largest areas of new construction, largely through TOKİ and Emlak Konut projects. As a result, modern buildings and complexes with their own grounds dominate here.
The complex is currently under construction: its buildings are 13 storeys high, and completion is set for Q4 2028. Istanbul Airport is about 16 km away in a straight line, relatively close for a residential area on the European side. The number of apartments, floor plans and facilities are not yet listed. The involvement of Emlak Konut, one of the country's largest housing developers, is the main reference point for anyone assessing the project at this early stage.
