About the project
Altıeylül is one of the two central districts of Balıkesir, the other being Karesi, so this is the urban heart of the province rather than its resort coast. Here Okumuşlar Yapı has built Therapy Evleri, a complex of 196 apartments in five-storey buildings. It is already completed.
All the apartments are identical: a 2+1 of 77 m². It is a sensible size for a couple or a family with one child who care more about city life and a finished home than about extra square metres.
