About the project
Salihoğulları İnşaat is behind Serra Cadde & Bulvar in Sincan, a development of 569 apartments in 15-storey blocks. The words in the name are Turkish for “avenue” and “boulevard”. Construction has been completed and the building has been handed over.
Three layouts are offered: a 2+1 of 114.1 m², a 3+1 of 148.2 m² and a 4+1 of 179.26 m². In the Turkish system the first figure is the number of bedrooms and the second the living room, so a 3+1 means three bedrooms plus a lounge. Each step up adds roughly 31–34 m², giving an even, predictable progression between sizes. Sincan lies on the western side of Ankara, and the airport is about 41 km away in a straight line.
