About the project
Relax Trio is a joint project of three companies — Fırat Life Style, Gümüş and Başer. It is located in the Saraycık neighbourhood of Sincan, on the western side of Ankara, and will comprise 217 apartments in buildings of up to nine floors. Completion is scheduled for Q3 2028, so the complex is still under construction. Esenboğa Airport is about 41 km away in a straight line.
All apartments share a single 2+1 layout; floor areas have not yet been published.
