About the project
Relax Bulvar Plus is scheduled for completion in Q2 2028, which makes it an off-plan purchase for now. The project in Sincan, a western district of Ankara, is a joint venture of three companies: Fırat Life Style, Gümüş and Başer. It comprises 534 apartments in eight-storey buildings.

With more than five hundred homes the complex is sizeable, while the eight-storey height keeps it mid-rise rather than high-rise.
