About the project
With 2,476 apartments, Onyx Metro is on the scale of a new residential neighbourhood rather than a single building. It is being developed by a consortium of four companies — Altaş, Hit Yapı, Ozan Mesken and Yiğitbir — in Yenimahalle, a large district in north-western Ankara.
The buildings rise to 17 floors. Apartments come as a 1+1 of 52.36 m² and 2+1 units from 70.94 to 92.21 m², so the mix centres on compact and mid-sized homes, with no large family formats. With such a narrow range, the choice comes down mainly to the floor, the orientation and the size of the 2+1. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2028, and the project is currently under construction.
