About the project
Gölköy is a bay on the northern shore of the Bodrum peninsula, next to Türkbükü, known for its wooden piers from which people swim straight into the sea. Nef has completed Nef Reserve Gölköy here, a community of 50 three-storey villas. The nearest airport is about 25 km away in a straight line, relatively close for the peninsula.
Three-storey villas offer plenty of space: a large family and guests can easily share several levels. This is one of two Reserve-branded projects by Nef in Bodrum, the other being in Hebil. Shared facilities, layouts and floor areas are not specified. Fifty houses is a fairly large scale for a villa community, yet the project has no apartment blocks, keeping the setting residential and calm.
