Kartal is a district on Istanbul's Asian side running along the Sea of Marmara, opposite the Princes' Islands, known in Turkish as Adalar. That is where the name of Kuzey Adalar Kartal comes from; the project is being built by EPP and ŞUA İnşaat. It is very large: 2,281 apartments in buildings of up to 18 storeys, essentially a new residential quarter within the district.
Completion is scheduled for Q1 2028, so for now this is an off-plan purchase. The nearest airport is Sabiha Gökçen, about 8 km away in a straight line, which is very close by Asian-side standards. Facilities and floor plans are not yet listed; for a project of this size they are usually released phase by phase. ŞUA İnşaat also built the completed Elite Erenköy in neighbouring Kadıköy.
Many developers offer installment plans and discounts for full payment — we will find the best option.

Units in this project are priced below $400,000. For citizenship you can buy several properties worth $400,000+ in total — we will suggest a combination. Residence permit rules depend on the city and district; we will check them for this project.
