About the project
Gerze is a small seaside town in Sinop, Turkey's northernmost province on the Black Sea coast. İnşaat 99 has built Ihlamur Sitesi here, a compact five-storey building with only 20 apartments. The project is completed.
There are two layouts: 2+1 units of 99 m² and 3+1 units of 131 m². These are spacious flats that work both for permanent living and as a summer home in a coastal town. Despite its modest size, the building has its own gym and parking, and it was constructed to the earthquake code. Ihlamur means linden tree in Turkish. Twenty apartments is a format in which all the neighbours know one another and the shared spaces are used by just a few families.
