Ataşehir is a business district on Istanbul's Asian side, with office towers and the Istanbul Financial Center, and İçerenköy, one of its residential quarters, gives İçerenköy Evleri its name. The project by Avva Yapı is already completed.

The number of apartments, floors, layouts and prices are not given in the project data, so the apartment mix needs to be checked separately. Among the amenities the developer lists a swimming pool, parking, lifts and 24/7 security, the standard set for a gated complex. The nearest airport is about 18 km away in a straight line. Homes in Ataşehir appeal above all to people working in the Asian side's business quarters, since the commute is shorter than from outlying districts, and a finished building means moving in without waiting.
