Gardenia Park Villaları

İzmit is the administrative centre of Kocaeli province, a major industrial and port city at the very head of the Gulf of İzmit. Here Mehmet Kavan Yapı has built Gardenia Park Villaları, an estate of 15 three-storey villas that has already been completed.

The villas are large: 4+1 homes of 232 m², plus 5+2 and 6+1 versions of 354 m² each. The two largest types share the same floor area but divide it differently, with five bedrooms and two living rooms in the 5+2 versus six bedrooms and one living room in the 6+1, so the choice depends on how a family lives.
