Eight villas with a list of amenities more typical of a large complex — that sums up Elysium Premier Bodrum. It is another completed project by Ofton İnşaat in Bodrum, located about 31 km in a straight line from the nearest airport.

For such a small community, the facilities are extensive: a gym, sauna and hammam, a children's playground, parking and round-the-clock security. The developer lists sea views, and a generator covers any power cuts. The two-storey villas are built to Turkey's earthquake code. Layouts and floor areas are not disclosed. What sets the project apart is the combination of privacy — only eight households share the grounds — with the kind of amenities usually found in much bigger residential developments on the peninsula.
