About the project
Dorya Villa is a small enclave of just 12 three-storey villas in the Dodurga neighbourhood of south-western Çankaya. It was developed by a joint venture of Koyunlu, Yaban and Piano, and the homes are already completed. Esenboğa Airport is about 44 km away in a straight line.
The villas come in two sizes. The 4+1 of 240 m² is a spacious family house, and its three levels make it easy to keep bedrooms and living areas apart.
