About the project
With just 34 apartments in a seven-storey building, Çınar Yaşam by Çınar İnşaat is one of Adana's smaller projects. It is located in the Sarıçam district, with completion scheduled for Q2 2027. The word çınar in the name refers to the oriental plane tree, which in Turkey traditionally shades old mosque courtyards and village squares.

Sarıçam is home to the main campus of Çukurova University, one of the largest universities in southern Turkey.
