About the project
With only nine villas, Ballıca Saklı Bahçe Villaları is one of the most intimate projects in Pendik, a district on Istanbul's Asian side. It was developed by Ballıca Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. and has already been completed. The houses are two storeys high, and the airport is about 14 km away in a straight line.
