Axis Suites İstanbul

Eyüpsultan stretches from the Golden Horn northwards to the forests near the Black Sea, combining a historic core around the Eyüp Sultan Mosque with new residential areas. Axis Suites İstanbul is located in the southern part of the district, in the Topçular neighbourhood, not far from the Golden Horn. The developer is Sur Yapı, a well-known Istanbul company, and the project is already completed.

The complex is small and low-rise: 104 apartments in 5-storey buildings. This height is increasingly rare in urban construction and usually means a calmer courtyard and fewer neighbours per entrance. The nearest airport is about 30 km away in a straight line. Facilities and floor plans are not listed, so the project's main arguments are that it is finished, its moderate scale and a location closer to the central part of the European side.
