Arya Beytepe is a joint project of three partners: Arıkan Şirketler Grubu, Bener İnşaat and the architecture practice Cihat Yaşar Mimarlık. Located in Beytepe, in south-western Çankaya, the complex comprises 87 apartments in buildings of up to 14 floors and is already completed. Esenboğa Airport is about 38 km away in a straight line.
