Six apartments in a three-storey building, two per floor, is the full scale of Altınkum Didim by Sarılar İnşaat Aydın. The building has been completed. It is one of the smallest Didim projects in the catalogue and, in format, closer to a private house shared by a few families than to a residential complex.
No shared facilities such as a pool are listed, and layouts and prices are not given either. On the other hand, with two flats per floor each household has very few neighbours, and the stairwell stays quiet. The name refers to Altınkum, the beach district of Didim where most of the summer resort life is concentrated, with cafés, a promenade and a sandy beach that shelves gently into the sea.
