Aktez Kordon

Aktez Kordon is another Aktez Yapı building in the Black Sea town of Akçakoca. The five-storey building is already completed, so the apartments can be viewed in person rather than on plans. Akçakoca is a small resort town that draws summer visitors from Istanbul, Ankara and Düzce province itself.

The layouts are large but arranged unusually: the 3+1 apartment measures 150 m², while the 4+2 units range from 128.5 to 155.5 m². In other words, the extra rooms of a 4+2 do not always come with more floor area, so it pays to compare actual sizes as well as room counts. The flats suit large families who need plenty of separate rooms. On-site facilities are not listed in the project data.
