Akkent Doğa Konutları 2. Etap is the second phase of a residential project by Osmanoğulları İnşaat in Başakşehir; doğa is the Turkish word for nature. Başakşehir, in the north-west of Istanbul's European side, is known as a district of family-oriented complexes where much of everyday infrastructure sits within the grounds.

This second phase comprises 255 apartments. Residents are offered a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna and hammam, a children's playground, parking and 24/7 security, so exercise and leisure do not require trips outside the complex. For families with children the secure, enclosed courtyard matters too. Phased construction is common practice for larger housing projects in Turkey, with each new stage extending an existing development. The nearest airport is about 20 km away in a straight line.
