The name Abelya-Akasya-Açelya Sitesi combines three plant names — abelia, acacia and azalea. The complex was built by Çavuşoğlu Yemenler Grup in Söğütlü, a small district of Sakarya province not far from Adapazarı. It has 80 apartments in three-storey buildings, all of them completed. The nearest airport is about 98 km away as the crow flies.
There is a single layout: a 3+1 of 120 m². It is a practical family size, with room for three bedrooms and a shared living area without excess square metres. Despite the low height, the buildings have lifts, which matters to families with prams and older residents. The project is also listed as compliant with the Turkish earthquake code — one of the first things buyers check in the Marmara region. Identical flat types usually mean a fairly uniform community, mostly families.
Many developers offer installment plans and discounts for full payment — we will find the best option.
